Welcome to the new downtown. The Downtown Coalition of Las Vegas is focused on the continued growth and revitalization of downtown Las Vegas. A coalition of vested individuals who bet their future on the continued success of a revitalized downtown Las Vegas, and who create community awareness of all that downtown has to offer. The DCLV actively joins forces with vested business owners and interested parties who strive to educate the nation and surrounding community of the forthcoming success that more than $20 Billion in improvements will bring the downtown Las Vegas urban core.
As a members only coalition, we offer members a forum to share their thoughts, ideas and plans. A place where projects can be proposed and creative thinking abounds. A place where rumors can be validated or put to rest. A place where information is shared and everyone can converse openly about being a part of the world's most recognized city - Las Vegas!

DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS ADVOCACY
One of the primary tools used to meet our goals is advocacy. On behalf of our members and the Downtown community, we hold strategic meetings with business owners, community organizations, the media and others to enhance the business environment and quality of life in Downtown Las Vegas. Following are some of the major areas on which the Coalition's advocacy efforts are focused:
Redevelopment - Reviews land-use and site analysis of public facilities in Downtown Las Vegas. Supports redevelopment that serves as a catalyst for economic growth.
Public Amenities - Promotes Downtown Las Vegas as the region's center for commerce and government.
Culture and Education - Supports Downtown Las Vegas as the center for arts and culture.
Residents' Issues - The Downtown Partnership supports policies that improve the quality of life for Downtown residents, while advocating continuous community developments in Downtown Las Vegas.
Business Development - Promotes Downtown as a designation: build Downtown's economy by persuading existing companies to remain Downtown and attract new business to relocate Downtown.
